Plomero Ranch Youth Deer Hunt Outing

What & Where: Youth-only management deer hunt at the Plomero Ranch near Choke Canyon.

Who can participate: This outing is open to young men ages 7-20, both members and non-members. Kids must be registered to attend. Pick up and drop off points in Kerrville and San Antonio, or parents can bring kids to the ranch.

What to bring: Participants will need a current youth hunting license (available at Academy, Walmart, HEB, etc. for $7). CTO has all the gear needed for the outings, kids just need to bring clothes, toiletries, headlamp, sleeping bag and pillow. A more detailed packing list will be sent out with the liability paperwork.

Cost: The cost for this outing is $60.00 for CTO Members and $80.00 for non-members.

Registration will open 2 weeks prior to the outing. NOTE: We ask that kids that have been on an outing in the last 30 days to hold off registering to allow other kids who have not been on an outing the opportunity to register. If there are still spots available the week of the hunt, then any kids can register.
