Choke Canyon Duck Hunt (Boys Ages 12+)

Who can participate: This youth only outing for young men ages 12 and older. Must be strong enough to operate a shotgun without help, wade through water to set and pickup decoys. 

Where: This duck hunt outing will be at Choke Canyon near Three Rivers, Texas. Pickup and drop off available from San Antonio

What to bring: Participants will need a current youth hunting license (available at Academy, Walmart, HEB, etc. for $7). Kids 17 years or older will need to get  a federal and state duck stamps, which can also be purchased where hunting licenses are sold. CTO has all the gear needed for the outings, kids just need to bring clothes, toiletries, headlamp, sleeping bag and pillow. A more detailed packing list will be sent out with the liability paperwork.

Cost: The cost for this outing is $50 for CTO Members and $80 for non-members. Scholarship funds are available for those in need.
