Community Service Project
On Wednesday, August 31st, Trinity Oaks is having an all day event at the Laguna Atascosa Wildlife Management area, in deep South Texas, and is looking for volunteers to help field dress, skin and process Nilgai antelope.
The wildlife management area is having a helicopter eradication kill and donating all of the meat to Trinity Oaks.
Trinity Oaks, is a local non-profit organization here in San Antonio, and has a FDA certified meat processing plant that we often provide service with. They are looking for adult volunteers to help with this project.
