Once you've had your fill of turkey, plan to join us for a CTO duck and quail hunt at the Nami Ranch near San Marcos on Saturday, Nov. 26. Parents/guardians are welcome to participate in this hunt. Hunters will need to be there by 5:30 am. Brunch/Lunch will be provided followed by a quail hunt.
This outing is for parent/grandparent/guardian and child or CTO kids without an adult. It's limited to 16 participants total, and both parent and child need to register.
Parents or guardians will need to bring their child to the ranch--directions will be provided following registration. Participants will need a current youth hunting license (available at Academy, Walmart, HEB, etc. for $7 and are good for a year). Anyone over 17 hunting will need to purchase a duck stamp, which are available where you get hunting license. Participants need to watch the weather forecast and dress appropriately.
The cost for this outing is $30.00 for CTO Members and $45.00 for non-members.
