CTO Comal & Bexar County Sportsmen's night

Join us Sunday February 27th for a Bexar and Comal County joint Sportsmen's Night. 

Come learn how to take venison from the field to the table as we demonstrate how to process deer meat and share some simple recipes for your family!

We will have a variety of cooked venison for you to try and share, and have different stages on how to process different cuts of meat.

We look forward to serving you and sharing some great knowledge. We hope you will join us!

Please make sure you register for this event so we know how many people to count on serving.

If you have a small portion of meat in your freezer, you are more than welcome to thaw it out and bring it to be processed.  We have limited time together so we will not be able to process a cooler full of thawed meat.
