Make plans to join us to learn about meat and vegetable canning on Tuesday evening, November 15, from 6 pm to 8 pm, at the Arellano residence located at 29334 FM 3009 New Braunfels, Texas 78132.  

We will be showing kids and their families the age old tradition of meat and vegetable canning, and how to preserve these items for a long shelf life.

If you would like to provide any meat, vegetables, or canning jars for this event, please contact Andy Arellano at (210) 514-0634 well before the event date to get involved.

If you would like to take home a jar of meat or vegetables, our cost for the jars is $1.50 per jar and we will limit this to 2 jars per family or based on the number of registrants. There will be a meal served so please register
