Learn Meat Processing - Bexar County Sportsmen's Night

Join us to learn how to de-bone and and prepare venison steaks Tuesday, November 29th, from 6pm to 8pm, at Krista's Culinary Creations located at 7824 Mainland Dr, San Antonio, TX 78250. 

We will be teaching kids and their families how to de-bone the quarters and how to prepare venison steaks for the grill! If you have any meat that you would like to bring and have prepared, please have it in a cooler, completely thawed out (not frozen) and bring it along with you to this event.
